This integration is in direct response to LoanSifter’s customer demand for easy, streamlined access to the PPE from within the Encompass Banker Edition solution.

With this integration, Encompass Banker Edition users can now not only automatically transfer data from the borrower’s application directly into the LoanSifter system, but also instantaneously access up-to-the-minute pricing, product and guideline information.  The all new one-click access from within Encompass Banker allows users to see the most pertinent product and pricing information for a particular set of parameters, in LoanSifter’s easy to understand, straightforward format, without having to toggle between screens. “LoanSifter’s streamlined, easy-to-read format means that users don’t have to waste time searching through unnecessary numbers and suggestions to get the information they need,” explains Backer.


In addition to providing product and pricing information for secondary managers and lock desk staff, LoanSifter also helps promote profitability for loan officers by offering business-enhancing capabilities designed specifically for use in the prospecting and marketing stages of the business cycle. The system’s auto-pricing functions can be used with customer-facing web portals such as Zillow and LendingTree giving companies a “virtual loan officer” to generate leads, and the system also incorporates a monitoring function that constantly searches for triggered target rates to present to existing customers whose applications are already in progress. LoanSifter’s product and pricing information can also be easily transferred into templates to create customized marketing documents. All LoanSifter pricing decisions return "buy" and "sell" side pricing that appropriately incorporates SRPs (the premiums paid to banks when they sell the loan on the secondary market), margins, and other incentives in addition to the accurate, branch-specific, risk-based pricing.
