Bruce Backer, President
Bruce graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Beginning with IBM and Travelers, he has held leadership positions with a number of technology based companies. As President and co-owner of three successful businesses, Bruce has brought together his interest in general management, business development, product development and finance.

Craig Doriot, Chief Technology Officer
Craig graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He co-founded Yupi Internet in 1996, which was the largest web portal in Spanish-speaking Latin America and eventually became MSN Latin America. Craig has founded other internet start-ups, including Subasta.com and Playback.com. He has served as engineer, developer, and consultant for various companies over the past 10 years, focusing on database design, website development, and online marketing.

John Wiley, Chairman of the Board
John is president of Elipticon Wood Products, Inc., which has received five consecutive recognitions in the Wood 100 and was the recipient of the Builder’s Edge Award in 2003. He has been on the Board of Directors of Outlook Graphics (OUTL) for 28 years, and is a past board member of the Salvation Army. An active Rotarian, he has been a District Governor, participates in numerous international Rotary projects and is immediate past president of the Appleton Rotary Breakfast Club. John also serves locally on the boards of The Boys & Girls Club, The Peabody Manor Foundation, and is vice president of the Power Flour Foundation.

Claudio Aranguiz, Director of Financial Information
Aranguiz built his banking and mortgage knowledge base in varying financial environments and assignments. His tenure at Bank of Montreal (BOM) as both personal loans manager and financial services manager provided a foundation in mortgage, loans and securities. Claudio’s undergraduate studies were at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Alberta. He received his MBA from Queen’s University. As part of his MBA program, Aranguiz and two partners formed a Canadian start-up to help consumers find competitive mortgage/loan rates; Aranguiz relinquished his interests prior to immigrating to the US in 2000. He continued with USA Funding, a multi-location mortgage banking firm, building databases and spreadsheets to increase company profitability. In 2004, Aranguiz co-founded a product and pricing search company that helped brokers locate Prime and Alt-A programs.
