LOANSIFTER INTERFACES WITH ZILLOW.COM

LITTLE CHUTE, WI, NOVEMBER 20, 2008 – LoanSifter (www.loansifter.com) today announces that it has developed an interface to real estate Website Zillow.com’s (www.zillow.com) Zillow Quote API, a feature within Zillow Mortgage Marketplace that allows participating lenders to automate custom quotes to borrowers who submit loan requests. The interface offers a perfect complement to LoanSifter, a premier product and pricing solution that offers more than 100 wholesale and correspondent investors fast and simple best-execution pricing, automatically priced fliers and marketing materials, 100% customizable and SRP pricing, automated consumer quoting for lead generation, custom e-mail pricing campaigns for borrowers and referral sources, and rate trigger alters to monitor pipeline in real time.

Borrowers can anonymously submit loan requests, and within minutes, receive custom loan quotes from lenders, for free. Zillow Quote API provides a way for lenders to streamline the process without compromising the customization of the quotes for borrowers. Once a request is submitted by a borrower to the Marketplace, lenders using the API will receive the full set of details the borrower entered in an automated fashion. They will use their pricing engine, including LoanSifter, to instantly create custom loan quotes based on the detailed information the borrower has provided. Then, the quote is automatically sent back to Zillow for the borrower to view. Two-thirds of participating lenders have been contacted by at least one borrower after submitting quotes.

“We’re pleased to welcome LoanSifter as our latest interface to the Zillow Quote API,” said Lloyd Frink, president of Zillow.com. The interface will open up another door for more lenders within Zillow Mortgage Marketplace to service a larger number of borrowers, ultimately helping them gain business, and helping the consumer benefit from the most competitive rates available at any given time.”

“We believe our interface to Zillow Quote API will improve the experience for the lenders who utilize LoanSifter,” said Bruce Backer, president of LoanSifter. “For lenders, the interface will enable them to provide a greater number of quotes, faster, as well as more options in rates; and borrowers can choose the right loan and lender for them. This efficient ‘give and take’ of timely market data provides significant benefits for borrowers and lenders alike.”
